Javier Labrador has spent more than 20 years helping couples begin marriage with purpose, intentionality, and a strong foundation rooted in faith. As a wedding officiant, marriage coach, speaker, and co-founder of 24/7 Marriage alongside his wife Shannan, Javier is passionate about helping couples prepare for more than just a wedding day—he wants to help them prepare for a lasting marriage.

Married for over 33 years, Javier and Shannan openly share the reality that their own first years of marriage were incredibly difficult. Through perseverance, biblical principles, practical tools, and a commitment to fight for one another, they experienced restoration firsthand. Today, that testimony fuels their mission to help couples build marriages marked by connection, commitment, friendship, and faith.

Over the last 18 years, Javier and Shannan have impacted thousands of couples through marriage coaching, conferences, premarital mentoring, bootcamps, podcasts, and speaking engagements across the country. They are also known for The Marriage Lab—a one-of-a-kind 38-foot mobile marriage support center that travels nationwide bringing hope and hands-on support to couples everywhere they go.

Whether standing with couples on their wedding day or walking with them through premarital preparation, Javier brings wisdom, humor, authenticity, and a calming presence to every experience. His heart is to create ceremonies that feel personal, meaningful, sacred, and unforgettable while helping couples understand the deeper covenant they are stepping into.

Javier and Shannan are proud parents to two daughters, McKenna and Mikaela, one amazing son-in-law, and a grandson who keeps life fun and loud.

Their message is simple: marriage is not something you have to do—it’s something you GET to build together every single day.
