Javier and Shannan Labrador are the visionary founders of 24/7 Marriage, an organization dedicated to restoring hope, redeeming stories, and rebuilding strong marriages. With 32 years of marriage experience, they bring authenticity, wisdom, and humor to their mission of transforming relationships.

A unique hallmark of their work is The Marriage Lab—a 38-ft. mobile marriage support 5th wheel that travels across the country, providing hands-on support and guidance to couples in need. Over the last 13 years, they have impacted thousands of marriages, earning them the title of the original "Marriage Flippers!"

Javier and Shannan are proud parents to two daughters, McKenna and Mikaela, one epic son-in-law and a grandson. As sought-after speakers, counselors, coaches, and authors of the upcoming book Confessions of a Terrible Wife, they are passionate about helping couples rewrite their stories and discover the deeper purpose of marriage: to honor God.

Their mantra, “In marriage, you don’t have to—you GET to,” reflects their belief that shifting perspective can transform relationships. Through weekly podcasts, resources, 24/7 Marriage Bootcamps, and national speaking engagements, the Labradors remain unwavering in their mission to strengthen marriages everywhere.
